Low Carb Day To Get Shredded | Full Day Of Eating

Welcome to another full day of eating!
Last time i did a high carb refeed day, so now it was time for a low carb day.
The stuffed bell pepper were definitely my favorite meal of the day! Give them a try ;)

Total calories: 2407
Carbs: 87 grams
Fats: 112 grams
Protein: 227 grams

Full shoulder workout:

Static hold side raises - 4 sets / 20 reps

Seated side raises - 4 sets / 12-15 reps

Standing overhead press - 4 sets / 10-12 reps

Bent over reverse fly - 4 sets / 12-15 reps

Cable face pulls - 3 sets / 20 reps
