AMPALAYA GUISADO WALANG PAIT | HOW TO COOK AMPALAYA CON | CARNE | AMPALAYA with BEEF
INGREDIENTS
1 - BEEF MARINADE:
250 grams - BEEF CHUNKS SLICED
1/2 tsp - brown sugar
1 tsp - dark soy sauce
1 tbsp - cornstarch
1 tsp - sesame oil
11 - THICKENING SAUCE:
2/3 cup - water
1 tbsp - dark soy sauce
1 tsp - brown sugar
1 tbsp - cornstarch
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
III - STIR FRY:
4 tbsp - olive oil
3 tbsp - garlic
* marinated BEEF CHUNKS
5 pcs - spicy chilis (3 pcs for garnish)
1 cup - cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp - Patis/Filipino fish sauce
800 grams - BITTER GOURD (mix with 1 tbsp table salt/ mix every 5 minutes × 4times/ wash 4× then drain in a strainer)
1 tsp - chicken powder
***THICKENING SAUCE
4 stalks - spring onion
Cooking time: approximately 16 minutes
Serving: 4+ people
