GINISANG AMPALAYA NA WALANG PAIT | FOODNATICS

How to cook Ginisang Ampalaya ng Walang Pait.
(exact ingredients below)

One of the healthiest Filipino dishes. It's consists of Ampalaya or bitter gourd, sauteed with egg, tomato, pork, and shrimp. Best served with freshly steamed white rice.

This Ginisang Ampalaya is guaranteed not bitter, as my 2 years old son loves it. :)

Ingredients:
2 Ampalaya or Bitter gourd (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 onions (sliced)
2 tomatoes (sliced)
2 eggs (scrambled) with salt and white pepper
1/4 kg Pork belly (optional)
1/4 kg shrimp (optional)
2 tbsp fish sauce
