Building the fastest scooters in Texas: Garret's "Radly" Final Assembly (Part 4) #PNSearch

Scooter 911 is building two scooters for competition in the Texas Mini Grand Prix for the 2023 season. In this video Garret transforms an assortment of performance parts into his custom built race scooter.

Garret's Radly started out as an Adly Bullseye. The Bullseye is a 50cc two stroke scooter that utilizes the Minarelli engine platform.
