I made a vegan Spaghetti with Carrots and Shiitake Mushroom

Hi! My scheduled has been hectic with 2 part time jobs and 1 full time job that I just started. I'm so blessed and grateful for all of this opportunity. Why am I telling you this? Well some of you may know, I post videos every Monday/Tuesday. But for this week, it's Wednesday so that's why lol.

Ingredients:
Pasta
1 Medium Carrot
1 can of Shiitake Mushroom
3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Tomato Paste (or tomato sauce)
