How to cook simple & easy Vegan Garlicky Mushroom | Button Mushroom Recipe Series Part 1

I love this vegan mushroom recipe so much! I usually eat this with rice or sometimes with pasta. I like to cook my button mushroom well because it has a distinct taste which I don't like. Maybe because it's canned button mushrooms?

Anyways, this dish is inspired from when I was still discovering what vegan foods I can eat in restaurants here in the Philippines and I discovered Garlicky Mushroom in a mexican fusion inspired restaurant. It was supposedly a "pang pulutan" or something to eat when you drink beer, but I didn't care because it was what I can only eat so I ordered it and paired it with rice haha! I asked them not to use butter and just use oil, so restaurant suggested they use olive oil instead. So much love! Thank you Moon Cafe!

Ingredients used in this video:
Regular coconut oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 long green chili pepper (optional)
1 small can or 1 cup of button mushrooms
garlic powder or you can use garlic flavored breading mix as an alternative
