How to cook Vegan Mushroom in Coconut Milk (Ginataang Kabute) | Button Mushroom Recipe Series Part 2
Hello! This is now one of my fave dishes, if only coconut milk is accessible here I'd cook this every week. Now that it's quarantine, I am often cooking canned goods. I hope this pandemic ends soon so I can cook more fresh dishes.

Ingredients used:
3 cloves garlic
1 small red onion
1 cup button mushrooms (I used canned)
1 small ginger
1 red bell pepper (I used half)
1 cup coconut milk
1 long green chili pepper (optional, add this if you like spicy foods)
salt & pepper to taste
