Here's how I created a Filipino Vegan Giniling using Monggo

This was created for the first time, I was trying to initially make monggo burger patties but I didn't like the texture, it was too dry. So I decided to cook a filipino style giniling! As you can see I was not prepared since I had no potatoes and carrots lol! But you can always add the potato and carrots.
