3 Easy Vegan Sweet corn Recipes: Sweet corn snack, Corn Sisig, & Maja Blanca

I decided to make 3 Filipino Vegan recipes using one main ingredient which is Sweet Corn.

Ingredients

Sweet corn snack
~ Sweet corn
~ Salt & Pepper

Vegan Corn Sisig
one of my original creation that I'm so happy to share with you guys
~ 3 spoons of flour
~ 1/2 cup of sweet corn
~ 1 cup of breading mix (alternative is garlic and onion powder with corn starch)
~ 1 spoon of soy sauce
~ 3 cloves garlic
~ 1/2 medium or 1 small red onion
~ chili peppers (if you prefer spicy sisig)
~ Salt & pepper to taste

Maja Blanca
~ 2 cups coconut milk
~ 1 cup cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
~ 1 cup white sugar
~ sweet corn (amount by preference and you can also use canned creamy corn)
