The Birth of Hendersen | A Birth Center VBAC After Twins

With their 4th child, they knew they wanted a different experience than what the hospital had given them. Mickie had a csection with their twins two years prior and she was sure a VBAC was a good option this time. They decided to go with a midwife and birth center that they travelled 4 hours to see as this birth was so important to them.

Their birth was family oriented, with their 3 other children sleeping about while Mickie labored. After active labor passed, things progressed very quickly and she got on the bed to birth their surprise gender baby. They were SO excited to see that it was a boy! Everything went so smoothly with no tearing and baby Hendersen's siblings and family were stoked to get to know him!
