The Birth of Behryx | An Underwater Birth Center Story

Shay called me in the morning letting me know she was going to head to her birth center (Arrivals Birth Center). I got in the car and made the hour drive to her. When I was 5 minutes away, her sister texted me letting me know that she was 9.5cm dilated. I rushed as fast as I could because SOMETIMES, babies choose to be born in a matter of minutes. I thankfully made it there in time! Shay was working through her waves with her husband supporting her and it wasn't long before she wanted to get into the birth pool. I brought my GoPro with me and we were able to capture Baby Behryx being born under water. It was such a lovely and smooth birth in every way possible.
