Yoga for constipation and bloating

Here is a short section focusing on a wind-releasing exercise from one of our online yoga classes on yogaembodiedonline.com on the Monthly Membership.

It's traditionally part of the pawanmuktasana series which is to release excess vayu (or wind) from our body. It is excellent to support our intestines and for both wind and constipation.

We have regular live zoom yoga on the Monthly Membership on yogaembodiedonline. Please note this is taken from a full 75 minutes yoga class - so it is just a snapshot!
