COMPLETE BEGINNER: How to Start Working Out

PS I haven't filmed the leg raises tutorial yet, so wait for that, for now I will put up my pullover tutorial, because there I show how to learn the leg raises as well.

Here I explain what you should keep in mind when starting out as a beginner.
I suggest reaching these goals:

Pullups: 25
Pushups: 70
Pistol Squats: 10
Leg Raises: 25
Hyperextensions: 20
Handstand Hold: 60 seconds

I suggest you reach these goals before moving on to more complex exercises.
