Abs, Quads, Biceps, and Back Workout Combo

Tell me which muscle gives out first for you?
How many repetitions can you do?

If I'm not mistaken, the muscle which usually gives out first for beginners is called Vastus Intermedius.

This was a challenge from Workout.su a Russian workout website, gave my best shot at it.

Post a video as a response!

Order of exercises:
1. L-sit position on horizontal bar,
Regular pull-up while maintaining L-sit,
2. Pull-up behind the back while maintaining L-sit,
3. From L-sit touch the bar with your toes while keeping your legs straight,
4. Relax your legs and do a leg raise immediately followed by a pullup while your legs are still up.
Go back to hanging position and repeat.

Combinations involves these exercises: L-seat or L-sit however people like to call them, Pull up, pull up behind the back, australian pull-up, hanging leg raise on a horizontal bar.
