THE 7 TIBETAN RITES

The 7 Tibetan Rites are a form of Tibetan Yoga said to be more than 2,500 years old, which were brought to light in a publication by Peter Kelder called The Eye of Revelation, written in 1939. Kelder claims this series of exercises was used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives. He cited many benefits, including weight loss, better memory, improved physical strength, enhanced sense of wellbeing, even a reduction in the speed of the aging process.

1° Rite - Fluisco liberamente con gli elementi della vita- I flow with the life’s elements
2° Rite - Offro carica e forza ad ogni cellula del mio corpo-
-I offer power and strength to each cell of my body
3° Rite - Apro il mio cuore verso il cielo
-I open my heart to the sky
4° Rite - La forza della vita pulsa dentro di me
-The power of life pulses in me
5° Rite - La flessibilità del mio corpo plasma la mia mente.
-The flexibility of my body shapes my mind.
6º Rite - Sento l'energia dentro di me- I feel the energy inside me
7º Rite - Seguo la luce e cresco- I follow the light and i grow
