Mid back rotation exercises

⚡️Thoracic Rotation⚡️
The mid back is meant for movement. Most of us have a job where we slouch all day long 🖥and prolonged periods of immobility can lead to stiffness and tightness in this region. This affects the range of motion in other regions of our body like the shoulders or neck. The thoracic spine SHOULD have a lot of rotation available but it tends to be one of the movements we lose if we don’t use it.
Tips:
☑️ Twist only through the mid back while you keep your core active and pelvis still
☑️ Play with the different variations and figure out what works best for you
Benefits:
☑️ improves active thoracic rotation
☑️ engages upper back muscles that prevents you from slouching
☑️ can improve your golf swing, tossing a ball and make yard work a bit easier!
☑️ a happy mid-back that moves well makes an even happier neck and low back
