Assisted Pogo Jumps
Using a pull up band is a great way to re-introduce jumping and hopping movements. During POGO jumps, the focus is on the ankle/foot complex, rather than the knee.
Tips:
- keep the knees stiff
- stay on your toes
- minimal ground contact
Perform 10-20 sec 3 reps
