Stepper Workout For Core and Upper Body

⚡️Upper Body Stepper Workout⚡️

With dumbbells prices reaching the price of gold nowadays, and province-wide stay-at-home orders, we thought that a stepper is a great investment (especially after finding this condo-sized version). This workout focuses on core and upper body strength.

1️⃣ Offset push ups
Nice variation to load one side a bit more.
Tip: Start on the lowest step height and work your way up over time.

2️⃣ Triceps dips
Tip: if you are new to this exercise start with mini-dips (elbow ~45 deg bent)

3️⃣ Walking planks
Orsi loves this exercise because it requires more core work and scapular stability rather than those pesky pecs and triceps
Tip: try to keep a plank position the entire time

4️⃣ Shoulder taps
Tip: This is trickier than it looks! Try not moving hips and trunk at all while you lift up one arm.
