Leg of Lamb! Rotisserie on the Gas Grill!

Costco leg of lamb done right on the gas grill! Rotisserie to perfection!

• Started with one 5 lb and one 4.8 lb boneless leg of lamb from Costco.
• Seasoned with Killer Hogs AP Rub.
• Set up the grill for rotisserie using only the infrared burner on the back of the grill.
• Let the grill heat up before placing both legs of lamb on the rotisserie.
• I was shooting for internal temperature of 140 degrees before pulling off the grill.
• Pulled the legs of lamb and covered for about 15 minutes before cutting.

Summary: The leg of lamb turned out better than I expected. Next time I cook lamb, I want to try the rotisserie on my Kamado Joe Big Joe. While the gas grill did a great job, I think cooking over the charcoal will work out even better.
