Slow ‘N Sear Kettle Grill! Chicken Done Right! Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub!

Bell and Evans whole chicken parted out. Perfectly cooked on the SNS Kettle Grill. Used Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub.

• Started with a whole Bell and Evans Chicken cut into parts.
• Seasoned with Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub.
• Set up the new Slow ‘N Sear Kettle for indirect cooking with the Slow ‘N Sear.
• Placed the chicken parts on the indirect side, skin up, and when it reached 110 degrees we checked them and decided to leave them until they hit 120 degrees. Than we flipped them for more even cooking. Once it reached 140, put them back to skin side up until done.
• Once it reached 165 in the breasts, I checked all other parts and they were past 175, so I pulled them.
• The chicken turned out fantastic and the rub gave some beautiful color and flavor.

• The skin was not as crisp as I wanted, but it still turned out great!
