Pork Tenderloin Slices on the Rec Tec RT-590. Pit Patriot Seasoning!

Watch how we imitate Costco pork tenderloin slices with a seasoning twist. Great quick weekday meal! Used Pit Patriot Tex-Mex Habanero Seasoning.

• Started with 1 pork tenderloin from Costco.
• Seasoned them with Pit Patriot Tex-Mex Habanero Seasoning.
• Sliced the approximately 1 ¼” to 1 ½” pieces.
• Set up the Rec Tec 590 to run at 350 for the entire cook.
• Once we got to 100 degrees we flipped them to promote even cooking.
• Once they got to 140 we verified temps and let them on until they hit 145 and pulled them off.
• Moved them over to the cooler side to check temps and pulled them off as most had reached the temps we wanted.
• Covered for about 10 minutes while we set up the cameras and did the taste test.

Summary: This is a great easy weekday cook for a quick meal! The pork tenderloin is a great, reasonably priced cut of pork that is super tender! Give this one a try!
