Copycat HUGE Breakfast Sandwich on the Blackstone!

“The Three Little Pigs” Bacon, Sausage, Ham! We copied one of our favorite local dinners breakfast sandwich.

• Copycat recipe from one of our favorite local dinners. 3 Little Pigs!
• Started with 3 eggs, homemade bacon,breakfast sausage, Krakowska (polish ham), Boarshead white American cheese and 2 NY Bagels.
• Set up the Blackstone with the left 2 burners on high and the right 2 burners on low.
• Started on the right side with the bacon and the left side with the breakfast sausage. Once the bacon was mostly done, we moved to the right side, moved the sausage to the left side and started the Krakowska.
• We got the bagels on and finished up the meat.
• Started the eggs on the hot side and started building the sandwiches.
• 2 pieces of bacon, 3 each of the sausage and Krakowska, cheese top and bottom and added the eggs.

Summary: I love doing breakfast on the Blackstone! These sandwiches were excellent and take care of two of your meals on a day that you eat them.
