Water 清水 250ml

▶️ Custard filling 奶黄馅：
Egg yolks 蛋黄 3 pcs
Low gluten flour 低筋面粉 22g
Corn flour 玉米粉 22g
Milk powder 奶粉 30g
Caster sugar 细砂糖 40g
Milk 牛奶 220g
Butter 牛油 25g
