CONTEMPLATE: CAPE TOWN Trailer

Cape Town has long been a place of raw creative power. In this debut African leg of CONTEMPLATE, we join singer-songwriter Nonku Phiri on a reflective journey back to her home town to get a first hand encounter of the city's rising subcultures.

Over three episodes, we'll meet with some of the greatest local minds within music, art and food to discuss their work and where the city is headed.

CONTEMPLATE captures stories of identity, expression and the power of creativity in emerging cities around the world.
