CONTEMPLATE: ART IN CAPE TOWN | Wayfarers

In our second episode on Cape Town's creative scenes, we spend some time with street artist Skhumbuzo and photography duo The Sepi's. These young creatives see their art as a catalyst for change and healing. In a country with eleven official languages and huge diversity, art acts as a powerful platform for collective narratives, transcending barriers.

This is a very exciting time for South African art. The work coming out of Cape Town is colourful, experimental and brave, and it is allowing the youth to share South Africa's changing story with the world.

For all of these reasons and more, Cape Town is well worth a visit.
