Meditation poses | How to sit properly in the Meditation | Meditation poses for beginners

How to sit during the meditation? Here I am introducing you to several meditation poses and talk about how you can sit and enjoy your meditation even with injured or stiff legs, hips and back.

I will explain how I introduce people to sit in the Easy Pose on the first class and when your body, legs, back is more supple how you could even try out other meditation poses. Like the Half Lotus Pose, Full Lotus Pose and the Perfect Pose.

If you can`t sit in the meditation pose with bended legs then for you I have some other options.
