Easy DIY Sanding Organizer! // Shop Organization

I recently added a small, cheap, combo disc/belt sander to my workshop. To deal with the variety of disc/belt grits I needed to make an organizer. This wall mounted organizational system frees up my drawers and makes accessing the various grits really easy. You can probably make this entire project from scrap laying around your shop - so why not??
We begin by breaking down the stock including 1/2" plywood, 1"x4" pine boards, and some 1/4" MDF. With all of the parts cut out per the cut sheet, I can start assembly. For this build I'm trying out a new tool (to me) which is an airless brad nailer, by RIDGID. I don't know what took me so long to get one of these - what a difference! No air hose to manage, and no noisy compressor kicking on in the background. I can see myself using this a lot in the future.
With the organizer assembled I can move on to finishing. I know, it's just shop furniture, right? I have found that by going that extra step on projects like this, makes such a profound impact on your workspace. I really enjoy looking around my shop and seeing clean, finished systems throughout. I urge you to try it!
Last step after painting is to hang it on the wall and fill it up with the discs and belts! I bought an assortment of discs (60 total) in grits ranging from 80 to 400. I also bought an assortment of belts (12 total) in grits ranging from 60 to 400. I feel like between the little sander and this organizational system for all of the discs/belts - I am ready to tackle any project.
