20-Minute HIIT Full Body Bodyweight Workout - No Equipment at Home | SELF

Amy and Rhys take us through a 20-minute HIIT full body workout. This workout consists of a lateral lunge to single leg hop, a squat to twisting crunch, a side plank crunch, a plank jack to rotation, and a push-up to pike toe touch.
