20 Minute HIIT Bodyweight Workout - No Equipment at Home | SELF

Rhys and Amy take us through a 20 minute HIIT bodyweight workout. This workout consists of a skater to jump squat, a triple climber, an alternating reverse lunge, a single leg glute bridge to sit-up, and a squat thrust to a wide squat.
