When should you NOT workout? #shorts
Your body can only adapt to a certain amount of stressors at once.

As I said in the video, sometimes “hard training” is not wise because it can overwhelm your meat suit and drive it further towards fight or flight.
-
When I’m EXTREMELY stressed out the last thing my body needs is another blood boiling workout that’s going to drive my body into the floor.
-
In circumstances like this I like to “work in” as opposed to “workout”.
-
Basically, I’ll choose to focus more on active recovery stuff. Things that help rebuild the body and things that are gentle on the nervous system and muscles.
-
Wondering what I’m talking about? Here’s a list of my favorite things for this:
-Nature walk 🌲
-Sauna 🧖♂️
-Mobility flow ⚙️
-Corrective exercises 🏋️♀️
-Full Body Vibration plate ⚡️
-Laying in the sun ☀️
-Grounded beach time 🏖

CALMNESS IS THE CRADLE OF POWER.
