0:00 Intro
0:05 What do you think they put in the brake fluid reservoir? My 3 guesses. They mixed DOT 3 and DOT 5 brake fluid, added Lucas Oil Stabilizer or Honey lol.
0:19 Mechanic didn't mention the exact failure but something got really hot for this to happen! Brake fluid is flammable under some very high temperatures so I'd be curious to know what exactly caused this.
0:28 This is pretty unfortunate to the customer, especially after just replacing everything. Any tips or suggestions to get rodents to stay away from your vehicle?
0:46 Mechanic said the following: "Bent: RF Upper Control Arm RF Strut Stabilizer Bar, End Links, 2 Wheels
Damaged: RF Lower Control Arm Steering Gear Rack and Pinion RF Knuckle RF Wheel Bearing RF Fender RF Fender Liner RF Bumper Retaining Bracket (or whatever you call it) RF Headlight Assembly and 2 Tires. Stretched: RF Wheel Speed Sensor RF Brake Line
1:01 Scary to think the customer was driving on the original tires that are almost 18 years old! But the 4 numbers you see tell you the date the tire was manufactured. First two is the week is was made and last 2 digits are the year it was made. Ex: 03 = 2003.
1:12 I highly suggest that customer doesn't let his son work on his car anymore lol.
1:23 Have you guys ever seen this on a new vehicle?
1:37 That truck sounds good!
1:47 If I get a video of the aftermath/carnage I'll be sure to update you guys.
2:07 Well that should be easy to find who hit them!
2:14 A very worn differential bushing is causing the differential to move back and forth causing a pretty loud clunk.
2:34 Fun fact and wanted to share. Have you guys seen this on any other vehicles?
2:44 That's a lot of water in the headlight. Can't be cheap to replace those.
I've seen this on a handful of Dodge pickups.
2:53 The first picture is a tire chuck that was in a tire lol. Thought the rest were pretty funny and wanted to share.
3:03 Outro. Thanks for watching! Appreciate you guys.
