0:05 The technician said it looked like silicone that you would use for a shower and the thermostat housing was replaced with another new one and the proper OEM gasket. No more leaks are present.

0:34 The customer got lucky. The oil pan, pickup tube and oil filter were replaced and the engine runs perfectly and has no issues. The customer had run over a manhole cover and is getting whoever is responsible for the manhole cover to pay for the damages.
