Japanese Cheese Cake | Apron

Cream cheese 115g / 1/2cup
Unsalted butter 30g / 2Tbsp
Fresh milk 30ml
Egg yolk 3
Cake flour 30g / 2,1/2Tbsp
Cornstarch 10g / 1Tbsp
Egg whites 3
Lemon juice 1/2tsp
Caster sugar 45g / 6Tbsp

Pan Size 16cm / 6"

Step1 Bake in preheated oven at 120°C / 250°F in water bath for 20 minutes
Step2 Adjust the temperature to 150°C / 300°F bake in water bath for 20 minutes
Step3 Adjust the temperature to 110°C / 230°F bake in water bath for 40-50 minutes
Step4 Turn off the oven and take out the water tray leave the cake in oven for 10 minutes, then take out the cake
