Cucumber Drink for Summer | Healthy Summer Drink

This Cucumber drink for summer is a healthy summer drink recipe. It is easy, quick, healthy and so very delicious. Do make this at your home this summer and let me know in the comments what does its taste remind you of?
This healthy drink is made of cool and refreshing cucumbers, mint, ginger and some spices. It comes out so yummy that we make some gol gappas to go with it. We loved drinking it as a summer cooler drink and also as gol gappa or panipuri pani.

Recipe

Ingredients
Cucumber - 1 medium sized
Ginger - 1 inch
Mint leaves a handful
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder
Juice of half a lemon
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Some cucumber strips for decoration
Ice and cold water

Method

1. Peel and cut the cucumber into big pieces.
2. Add it to a blender along with cut ginger and mint leaves.
3. Add salt and black pepper powder to taste.
4. Blend to a smooth paste.
5. Strain it nicely. Add cold water as per requirement. You may keep it very thick like a smoothie or not so concentrated like a lemonade.
6. Add roasted cumin powder and lemon juice. Mix well.
7. Take cucumber strips and make decoration as shown in the video.
8. Pour this cucumber cooler drink in a tall glass. Add ice as required. Decorate it with cucumber strips and sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder.
