Gujiya is an indian sweet. It is quite famously made on holi festival. In markets it is available as dipped in sugar. but those gujia can't be stored for long. Home made gunjhiya are much better option to eat and serve during holi. This holi special gujiya can be made a few days in advance.
Here I am presenting an easy recipe for making suji mawa gujiya at home. It does take some time to make them, but they are absolutely worth it. This recipe also has some coconut in it. So its a blend of amazing taste and texture. I am sure you all will enjoy making it.
