Sweet and Salty Sprouts Recipes | Healthy Recipes | High Protein Recipes

This video is about sweet and salty sprouts recipes. These are some very healthy recipes and also high protein recipes.
The best part of these recipes is that they are so easy to make. You just need to mix a few ingredients and you'll have a great bowl of superfood sprouts salad.
Below are the ingredients and recipe for the same;

Sprouts Salad

Moong/ Mung Bean sprouts - 4 tbsp
Diced onion - 1/4 cup
Diced tomatoes - 1/4 cup
Diced cucumber - 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder as per taste

Recipe : Just mix nicely washed and cleaned sprouts with all the ingredients and enjoy the sprouts salad.

Note: You may also add some chopped green chilies, fresh coriander, roasted peanuts etc.

Sprouts Fruit Salad

Moong / Mung Bean Sprouts - 4 tbsp
Diced oranges - 1/4 cup
Halved grapes - 1/4 cup
Diced watermelon - 1/2 cup
Soft Dates - 3 - 4 pc (chopped)
raisins - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 7-8 (chopped)

Recipe : Mix everything and enjoy the yummy sweet sprouts recipe of sprouts fruit salad.

Note : Feel free to add whatever fruit you like or some other dry fruits and nuts too.
