Recipe
1. Take 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp achaar masala (pickle masala), 5-6 tbsp sattu,1/2 tsp turmeric pdr, 1/2 tsp red chili podr, 1 tsp coriander pdr, 1/2 tsp garam masala and salt as per taste.
2. Mix all these things nicely.
3. Take a small ball of whole wheat flour dough. Make it a little flat and fill it with 2 full spoons of sattu mix. Close it nicely and roll it out into a round shape paratha.
4. Make this paratha another way. Take a dough ball and roll it out into a thin round shape flat bread (roti). Spread out melted ghee or butter on its top side. Put sattu masala on it. Check the video for better understanding of this step.
5. Now make a cut on one side radius of this roti (check video). Fold this roti as shown in the video. Lightly press it from all sides and roll out into a triangle paratha.
6. Now cook these parathas nicely on a tawa or pan using ghee or butter.
7. Serve hot.
