I recorded this sampler to give the audience a taste of what it means to be embodied from a more biological and neuro-sensory level. To become embodied from a BIOLOGICAL point of view is essential for living a life that is honest and human, imo.
This is by no means the entire recipe for healing trauma and restoring nervous system health, but it is a way to start and I hope you take 15 minutes out of your busy life to give this a try. Please leave a comment below afterwards!
