제누와즈 시트와 생크림, 싱싱한 딸기만 있으면 최고의 케이크를 만들수 있다는게 너무 행복합니다.

특히 아이싱에 많은 부분을 할애 하였어요.
제 방식대로 생크림 휘핑하고 케이크 아이싱 하는 방법을 자세하게 설명 하려고 노력했어요.
그리고 제가 애용하는 쉽게 케이크 옆면 정리 하는 팁을 보여 드립니다.

🔹1cm 슬라이스된 제누와즈 시트 4장

🔹설탕시럽
물 60g
설탕 20g
체리 리큐르(키르슈) 14g (권장사항. 없으면 생략가능)

🔹초벌 아이싱 (넉넉한 양)
생크림 300g
설탕24g

🔹마무리 아이싱
생크림 100g
설탕 8g

🔹도구
스페츌라
직각 스크래퍼 1개
돌림판

This video is about how to make strawberry cake.

Strawberries are very expensive these days in Korea, but a cake baker can't ignore them.
I am so happy for that I can make the best cake with a sponge cake sheet, whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
I elaborated on icing process and tried to show you how to whip heavy cream for silky surface.

strawberry cake ingredients

🔹4 sponge sheets sliced 1cm thick.

🔹syrup

60g of water
20 grams of sugar
Cherry liquor (Kirsch) 14g (recommended; otherwise, can be omitted)

🔹 for crumb coat
300g heavy cream
24g sugar

🔹for icing
100g heavy cream
8g sugar

🔹Tools
