Many people have asked me to make videos of workout exercises with just one dumbbell. Many people have only 1 dumbbell or kettlebell in their arsenal, and in this video I showed that this is enough to gain muscle mass in the chest, arms, legs, back and abs. This workout can be at home, the main thing is to do exercises correctly, eat well and sleep well.
