Free Mental Health First Aid training can prepare you to help someone in mental health crisis

Sutter Yuba Behavioral Health's I Care program is sponsoring free Mental Health First Aid training. What is that? Just like learning CPR can prepare you to assist a family member, friend, or stranger during a medical emergency, mental health first aid training prepares you to help someone in mental health or addiction crisis. And because one in five of us will experience a mental health crisis in any given year, you will probably have more opportunities to use this training over CPR (but both are important!!).
