Top 20 Hula Hoop Tricks for Beginners:
Performing hula hoop tricks and flowing to the music is a lot of fun and an awesome party trick! But when you are an absolute beginner it can be difficult to know where to start.

In this series I have put together my top 20 Hula Hoop Tricks for beginners. Each tutorial is quick and provides you with instruction and tips for each trick.

I’ve put them in an order that allows you to flow from one trick to the next in this sequence.

Warm up and cool down.
I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

Which Hoop?
For this tutorials you need a light hula hoop.
