This is a 20 minute hula hoop workout, for beginners with some experience. We keep the moves simple and move at a relatively slow pace. We hoop on both sides, which if you haven’t done before, may feel strange. If you need to you can just spend the time simply waist hooping in neutral.

In this video we will…
💥 Hula hoop for a full 20 minutes
💥 Start slow and softly build the pace
💥 Introduce some new dance moves
💥 Hoop on both sides
💥 Exercise and strengthen the abs and obliques
Warm up and cool down.
I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

Which Hoop?
This is great workout for using weighted hula hoops. However you can equally use your favourite heavy dance hoop.
Mine is 110cm in diameter with a metal core. It weighs 1.3kg.
