i tried HULA HOOPING 20 mins a day for a week and I LOST OVER AN INCH (tik tok made me do it...)
so... tik tok inspired me to hula hoop for 20 minutes every day for a WEEK and here are my thoughts + results! this challenge honestly required minimal effort and equipment so i'll definitely be doing this whenever i have extra time!
