Why Your Low-Calorie Diet Might Be PREVENTING weight loss! | Renewal Fitness Coaching

Weight loss is more complicated than "eat less". Your metabolism plays a huge part, and what, how and when you eat can boost or reduce your metabolism, making it hard to lose fat. Did you know that undereating can actually prevent weight loss?

This video will help to explain why eating less and moving more isn't always that simple.

This is an update from my personal experience trying to lean out a bit more and cut some fat, and understanding how long to cut carbs/calories and when it's time to eat more.

Your body is always adapting and needing to be challenged inside and out, and it's important to understand proper nutrition to reach specific types of goals.
