Key Fob | How To | 2022 Ram Chassis Cab

Learn how to lock or unlock the doors on your 2022 Ram Chassis Cab using the keyfob provided. The key fob programming allows for keyless entry to the vehicle. The fob can also be used to remote start the vehicle.

Your vehicle may be equipped with our remote keyless entry system.

[Text on Screen]: Key fobs may vary by model.

[Voice Over] This system allows you to lock or unlock the doors and activate the panic alarm from distances of up to about 66 feet or 20 meters using your key fob.

[Text on Screen]: Operates from up to 66 ft / 20 meters away from the vehicle.

[Voice Over] Push and release the unlock button on the key fob once to unlock the driver’s door, or twice within five seconds to unlock all doors. If your vehicle is equipped with remote start, this system uses the key fob to conveniently start the engine from outside the vehicle.

[Text on Screen]: Check state and local laws regarding the use of remote start systems.

[Voice Over] The system has a targeted range of 300 feet or 91 meters.

[Text on Screen]: Remote start from up to 300 ft / 91 meters away from the vehicle.

[Voice Over] Push and release the remote start button on the key fob twice within five seconds.
The engine will start and the vehicle will remain in the remote start mode for a 15-minute cycle. To cancel remote start, push the button a third time.
