+SUPER SET 1
A1. Handstand kick ups + Negatives (5-10x)
A2. Handstand hold against the wall (MAX HOLD)
REPEAT X 3

+SUPER SET 2
B1. Pike Push ups on Parallettes (Failure/MAX REPS)
B2. Regular Push ups on Parallettes (Failure/MAX REPS)
B3. L-sit Hold on Parallettes (Failure/MAX HOLD)
REPEAT X3

+FINISHER
C1. Plank Leans + Wrist push back (15-20x reps)
REPEAT X4

-REST TIMES-
(1-2 min in between each round)
(No rest in between exercises from the same super set)
(Rest as needed in between each super set)
