I Trained with Parallettes for 30 days (1 Month Calisthenics Progress)
I trained with parallettes for 30 days (1 month calisthenics progress)! So I decided to do nothing but parallette workouts for 30 days due to gyms being closed, and also since I've been wanting to get more into calistehnics and that style of training. A lot of hard work went in to this project, but I definitely had a lot of fun with it as well! The parallettes are an amazing tool for functional bodyweight training, exercise and fitness, and a pretty fun and easy way to get into calisthenics. Hope you enjoy!
