Hey there,

This is a super easy way to make my incredibly yummy brownie cookies. Slightly crunchy on the outside, yummy and chewy on the inside. Mmmm.

In this video I have made a heart shaped one with milk chocolate ganache on top, as its Valentine's day, but you can make it any shape you like.

INGREDIENTS & METHOD

Ingredients

125g unsalted Butter at room temp
175g Caster Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
125g Plain Flour
40g Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

Method

Spray oil the baking tin
Oven on to 170 Fan
Cream together the butter and the sugar until light and fluffy
Mix in the egg and the vanilla essence
Mix in the cocoa, flour and bicarbonate of soda
Pour into the unlined tray and flatten down with damp fingers
Glitter the top (optional)
Bake for 20 mins
Leave to cool in the tray
Decorate with milk chocolate ganache
