Traditional Turkish Ramadan Pide Bread Recipe

Making your own homemade Turkish Pide Bread is so easy and doesn’t even involve so much kneading. Let me show you how to bake this Turkish bread recipe at home without much effort.
This bread is often eaten during Ramadan, but is eaten during the rest of the year as well.
ingredients:
25g fresh yeast/ 1 tbsp dry yeast
200 ml (1 cup) lukewarm milk
200 ml (1 cup) lukewarm water
50 ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil
1 egg
15g (3 tsp) sugar
5g (1 tsp) salt
600g (6 cups) all-purpose flour
sesame seeds
